AngelEasyCook: Cream Corn with Pork♥粟米肉粒飯



材料:
瘦肉250
粟米1
奶油(忌廉)250毫升
雞粉1
雞蛋1
蒜頭4-5
1/2
1茶匙
瘦肉醃料:
胡椒粉1/2茶匙
生粉1茶匙
幼鹽1/2茶匙

Ingredients:
250g lean pork
1 can corn
1 chicken stock cube
1 egg
250ml cream
4-5 clove garlic
1/2 bowl water
1 teaspoon oil
Pork Marinade:
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon corn starch
1/2 teaspoon salt
忌廉, 粟米, 雞粉 5分鐘 Cream, Corn & Chicken Stock cook 5 mins
瘦肉洗淨,切粒,用瘦肉醃料醃好 Cut the pork into small pieces and marinate
燒熱易潔鑊,下油,炒香蒜蓉 In a pan, add oil and fry the garlic until fragrant
放入瘦肉粒並炒至半熟  add the pork and cook until half way
加入粟米蓉及水,煮滾後,熄火,放入蛋漿,輕炒 Add the cream corn and water, bring it to boil and turn off the heat.  Add the beaten egg and quick stir
完成! It's done!
