Good afternoon loves, are you having a afternoon tea right now? I wish I am! I miss those afternoon moments with my loved ones. These moments where we talked to each other, took a lot of photos, enjoyed the delicate desserts together with a cup of coffee or tea. These really priceless moments! Yes! I agree that afternoon tea sets are expensive but once or twice per year, I think it is ok. Before I said these were priceless moments, nothing can compare the time you spend with your important ones. Of course, there might be no need for an expensive afternoon tea to create those precious moments. But life is just once, why don't enjoy it? And I'm not saying to go afternoon tea everyday! XD Do something special in your repeated daily life and it will become more fun!
Today I would like to share and recommend 2 places for the afternoon tea in Hong Kong. The first one is Lion Rock in Royal Plaza Hotel. The second one is The Lounge in Four Season Hotel. Let us first look at Lion Rock.
Look at the background! Love the view and the mountain named Lion Rock Mountain. It was the first time that I saw this mountain, which I first heard about when I was a student. XD

We ordered 2 sets, you can order one set for 4 people but you need to add 2 extra drinks as the set just includes2 drinks. Since one drink is already like HKD 55-65, that is 2 drinks already a hundred, we ordered 2 sets as we wanted to try both of them.
This is the Lion Rock Deluxe Afternoon Tea Set, HKD 428 for 2 persons/ HKD 238 for 1 person.
This is the Laneige High Tea Set, HKD 508 for 2 persons/ HKD 270 for 1 person. I believe they are limited, the restaurant will crossover with different brands during different periods.

The second one is in the Four Season Hotel lounge. That was my second time there. I love the way they always surprise customers with some free desserts, this time it was a big apple pie!

I recommend these two afternoon sets to you guys, they are worth to try, good food & good service! We couldn't finish all the food and took away what we left. The set portions are more than enough! If you're interested to go with your friend, family or your partner, you better book it in advance and request the window seats so that you get a better value for your money! XD I'm just kidding but I do suggest you to do that because last time in the lounge, we were sitting in the middle of the restaurant, and it was not that comfortable to talk. Actually, we were quite lucky that day because we just walked in and had window seats but it was because someone reserved the window seats and we needed to move when they arrived, but they didn't come until we left!
